Sound Body: Half Marathon Training

We usually talk about foods and how they can improve your body and the planet. Today we are changing it up a bit. We want to get our bodies into amazing shape. A chunk of The Revolution Greens crew signed up for the ING Miami Half Marathon today. It is a half marathon that is becoming a favorite for runners throughout the world. Many come for the course as it is arguably one of the most beautiful around. We are all excited to run it. The only challenge, we are not even close to being ready to run 13.1 miles.
