The Debate for Organic Food: Bourdain vs Waters vs Goldman

The Revolution Greens team is always up for a healthy debate on the organic foods. In the video below Anthony Bourdain (best known for his book Kitchen Confidential), Duff Goldman(the newest Food Network celebrity chef and big supporter of orgnics), and Alice Waters(one of the first proponents of organic foods in the 1970's) discuss and argue why organic, locally grown and healthier foods should be or should not be consumed. Yes, it is a bit on the comical side and has a couple curse words thrown in, but it is good to see how different culinarians feel about the organic food movement. Check it out and enjoy!
