From Your Couch To A 5K

Since we began our training for our first half marathon, we have been getting a ton of questions on how to get started.  This easiest answer we have is to just get started and follow some kind of program.  Put one foot in front of another and get moving.  For all you new runners we have the program for you.  Its called from Couch to 5K.  It is all laid out for you below.  If you have any questions you can visit the site
