Get your first meal out of the way with a PARFAIT



One of the toughest meals of the day to get into our system is Breakfast. We have so many excuses. We woke up late, we dont have enough time to make something or I just dont eat breakfast. Well here is a quick and easy solution a home made organic parfait. Head to your local grocery/health store and pick up your favorite flavor yogurt, then choose granola that you like best and take it on home. Once your home layer the yogurt and granola into several cups. These will last for a couple days. Now you have breakfast ready for you for the next couple days and if you still cant manage to take them down in the AM you have a nice treat to enjoy for a snack. Have a great day!
